This was my remedy to not moving for a few weeks after covid. The workout is deliberate, strong yet supportive and the perfect reminder (to my body) how much I need Pilates to feel strong and ache free. This is t full class. I've also cut it into shorter Stack Cuts — 15A, 15B, 15C — so you can choose what fits your time.

  • In Studio 15A — Gliding Core
    A quick, fiery combo of gliding ab and tricep dips with gliding under your feet.
  • In Studio 15B — "Back Line Burn"
    Bridges, quadruped variations, and prone strength work for glutes and back, finished with juicy stretches.
  • In Studio 15C — "Side Effects"
    Side Bend, Side planks, mermaids, and book openings with the ball — perfect for abs, posture and freeing up your spine.
