In Studio 1 - "Studio 54"
Part of "The In-Studio Series".
I wanted to replicate what I was teaching IRL (in-studio) on virtual. I had the pleasure of teaching this class and then filming it straight after. I used everything I learned from teaching real bodies to give you the in-studio experience from home. I am calling it Studio 54 because it's 54 minutes (sorry minor blowout on the 45-minute time limit) but so worth it. Highlights reel:
It’s a lower ab / oblique melody with the ball to start. A mix of Little c-curve scoop warm-up for the lower abdominals and obliques. Then a new rotation and reach series and finishing a traditional Pilates exercise “side-to-side” but with a fun twist
Bridging ft. Inner thighs. Oldie but a goodie.
Abs 2 ways. A spicy little overball series into our signature "elbow-to-knee" oblique burner to really finish off your abs.
Quadruped arm/ass superset (burn broken up with spine saving mobility moments).
Prone 2 ways. Part 1 uses the ball to mobilise the shoulders and improve your upper-back extension. Part 2 is a cheeky single-arm dart variation (hello tricep burn).
Standing band walk glute finisher.
