Ignite the arms and upper back with posture-perfecting upper body moves. You will use your ball and long band, and switch between standing and mat exercises to strengthen and tone the upper body.

Heat level: warm to hot

🔥 We preheat the arms with pushups on the ball to torch and tone the triceps.
🔥 Heat the back, arms and shoulders with prone moves that Sculpt and strengthen.
🔥 Fire the already warm upper body with a firey standing arms flow.
🔥 Finish with a push-up stretch combo.
