This spicy little leg number hits your inner thighs, glutes, and hamstrings — with some sneaky arm work woven in (because why not?). I filmed it at 13 weeks pregnant, craving a solid leg burn on my back before my belly got too big. This is all horizontal (no standing), and I think really spicy. The single-leg bridging got me good!

🔥 Single-leg bridging with the ball under heel (hamstrings 🔥!!)
🔥 Quadruped lifts + circles (glutes + core)
🔥 Push-ups on the ball (bonus arms)

Perfect if you’re up for a challenge. Listen to your body, and remember - resting between sets is always okay. 🫶
