Ok my triceps were so sore after this one. Let me know if yours were too in the Facebook group! Also, just a note if you are prenatal just do the lying on stomach work on your knees.

Your arm flow for this workout is as below. As i wrote it, having sore triceps really make sense!

  • Seated waiter arms and rowing posture work (enjoy the sit down on the chair while it lasts!)
  • Tricep dips x2
  • Standing rows and triceps
  • Overhead triceps
  • Prone back and posture work
  • Tricep push-ups on the chair
  • Push ups on the floor
