Warning: This may result in DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness) of the side seat. I really wanted to do a Long Band Quadruped /Sidelying Banger and also wanted to mix it up with some fresh new choreography - and that's how the circle of burn flow was born.

I've called it the circle of burn because you literally will do a circle of burn variation and also draw circles (that burn)!

One rule: don't stop! You got this! 👊✌️

Pre/Post-Natal: .Modify by reducing the number of repetitions and/or removing the band (as necessary).
