Burn with Bub are guided workouts you can do with your baby. They are perfect little bite-sized movement videos you can do with your bub while they are awake.  Expect them to be a little messy but filled with giggles. Soak up these special moments because we will blink, and our babies will be big!

This Class: One of the things I did with my recovery was habit stacking tummy time with “mummy time” - basically, every time the boys went into tummy time, I jumped on the mat and did side planks. I wanted a super short demo of how I do this at home. I’ll guide you through what I do and then you can either do it on your own or follow along if you prefer. You will get stronger with bub! Habit stacking tummy time with mummy time to improve your core while bub gets a stronger neck.

I encourage you to do "Burn with Bub: Side Planks and Stretch" first. Then, use this short video and concept to turn tummy time into mummy time.
