B.O.S.S Interval Blast
The brief: a quick workout with Bridging, Overball Abs, Sideplanks (using the peach ball) that can be done when short on time and repeated if needed. It needs to be easy to follow and something that can be watched on the iPhone or even done without video reference.
I loved this brief. I chose to program these exercises into an interval-style workout. Breaking the moves into 1-Minute intervals, keeping the choreography simple and letting the exercise shine. You will be surprised at how effective this method is, and how much heat you can build in such a short time. I found it so fun - and look forward to creating more!
