A quick, fun, full body Barre workout with cardio options throughout. The loop stays on the whole time as we move through legs, glutes, arms and back work.

Workout layering options: f you have a full half an hour I recommend doing a pre quickie before or after.If you want a longer barre workout use this as your warm up to the barre released last weekend or any others you like!
