You asked, we supply. First up on the menu is another Barre addition to take everything you learn on the mat up to standing, then sprinkle some cardio in with a playlist to motivate you. We start off with an ab set to activate through the core, then take it up to some dynamic standing work, then add in the gliders to really work your control and precision (deceivingly challenging!). Finishing off with some arms, this 30 minute workout leaves the whole body worked!
