You will need: loop, ball, long band, chair with a wall to press the chair up against and a seperate device to play the music out of  I advise playing video through computer or chrome casting to tv then playlist through phone connected to speakers that you can turn up as loud as you please.

I was dancing around the house after this one! Oh how I've missed working out to music just like we would in studio! This Barre to bangers video is a full body, multi levelled, challenging workout to some feel good tunes with the occasional spicy baseline that helps you squat just that little bit deeper. I prepared a playlist earlier you can find below. The pace and tone of the music will make time fly... prep the playlist on a seperate device and when I say 3, 2, 1, press play, we're on! There are some moments where I'm dropping headphones and lose my breath but because the music is going I can't edit those bits out... so I'm sweating right alongside you.
