How many ab burners can we sneak into a 20-Minutes using the ball? LOTS!

I normally wouldn't jam-pack so many Ab moves into one workout - but sometimes it is fun to play and experiment. And after lots of requests for more abs using the ball - it felt like a fun time to mix it up (from my traditional style and flow). Suited more to someone who wants to burn out their abs and obliques, and experiment with some different ways the ball can be used to challenge the core.
