High Tide Heat
High Tide got me good. I am pretty much knee deep in a puddle by the time we get to four-point kneeling but it wouldn’t be a holiday workout without some kinda of lol chaos. ![]()
This one's all about glutes and inner thighs. 50% mat, 50% standing - two bangers each. I was planning ball-under-heel glutes for standing, but with the water situation I would legit slip and die - so I pivoted to a no-prop version I'm kind of obsessed with.
You'll need: Ball, loop, mat, and a chair or stable surface for standing. The support lets you focus on form - I layer in balance moments if you want extra challenge.
P.S. I've edited out the chaos so it flows for you, but left the BTS moments at the end for a laugh. My bum is so wet throughout 😂
