“MVMT classes are very easy to follow at home, the instructions and cueing are on point!

I completed the sessions in the morning which made me feel more energised for the day. I’ve enjoyed dedicating time in the day to focus on rebuilding my strength and improving my posture and dedicating 20 minutes to myself improved my mood and interactions with my family.

My body is feeling stronger and I’ve seen positive changes in my body in just 20 days!
