Sweat + Sculpt

Welcome to 21-Day Sweat + Sculpt with The Movement Society. The program is a  fun + fiery mix of sweat and sculpt workouts, with some signature and stretch options sprinkled throughout to ensure your body stays strong, balanced, and lengthened.

The program has been designed to push you, taking your pilates to the next level and leaving you feeling stronger in 21-days.

  • 5 workouts per week
  • 1 rest day
  • 1 stretch day

Challenge yourself to MOVE more. Complete 15 classes over 21 days. Enjoy a relaxing, guided stretch every Sunday to help bodies recover quicker. Use the “Snack” class options if you are short on time.
