“Thank you for bringing Pilates into my life and changing my mindset on movement. "I've done Elise's classes through both of my pregnancies and the postnatal period. I love being able to move in a way that feels safe and keeps me strong, but that I also genuinely enjoy! What really sets her workouts apart from other prenatal classes is that just because they're prenatal doesn't mean they're easy. She gets you into the burn zone, and I love that workouts can still feel challenging in this season.
As a fitness instructor myself, I can be picky about how other instructors cue, but with Elise's classes I always feel completely immersed in the workout. The cueing is so good, and I love how real she is. There truly are no online classes that compare. I've also loved the addition of Sophie's yoga classes to the library since my last pregnancy.
