We celebrated The Movement Society turning ONE by hosting a free masterclass for our beautiful members. We wanted to share the highlights and pics from the morning. 

We thought it would be fun to use both studios – so we decided to break up the masterclass into 3 ’20 minute segments’. Tandia and I each had a studio room, a theme, designated props and 20 minutes.  We wanted our 20-minute segments to be focused (but still keep the workout balanced).  My focus was abs and arms. My props were MVMT gliding discs and MVMT mini ball. Tandia focused on the back body and turned up the burn with bands and toning balls.

We divided the class into two – one group started with me and the other group with Tandia. Then we swapped before all coming together as a group for a partner workout.

The final segment was fun – we took “band walks” into a circle, partnered up for glide before finishing with a beautiful partner stretch.

We really wanted to find out what MVMT means to you, how we can grow and what you would like to see. To try and find out – we asked you three questions.

We loved your feedback and plan to take everything on board. What I loved most was recurring theme of  “fun”, “community”.. as well as strength, burn (hehe). I think more than anything else, as a team we are building a fun, supportive and friendly community and together we are happier, healthier and stronger. The only thing better than getting a good ass and abs, is the fun we have along the way. I think it is safe to safe – when you sign up to MVMT – you really do become part of our family – The Movement Society.
