Rhiannon’s love of dance and movement started from the age of 3 where she grew up with ballet, tap and jazz as her after school hobbies. In 2000 she took up Rhythmic gymnastics to help with her ballet training and after 4 years of competing in state and national competitions whilst continuing her ballet training, she then decided to make classical ballet her main focus through high school and beyond.
Once graduating high school she continued to study ballet and contemporary full-time both at a private ballet school on the Gold Coast then back in Perth at the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts where she completed her Diploma in Dance. At WAAPA Rhiannon was exposed to some of the most elite facilities and people within the industry, through which she was able to work and study with across Australia, Europe and Singapore.
Through her years of ballet training, Rhiannon always had a passion for Pilates – not only the way it helped her dancing technique but the way she was able to move and feel in day to day life. She found herself wanting to be involved more with pilates classes rather than dance classes and hasn’t looked back since. She wants to share that same love with her clients and gets so much joy and inspiration through helping others find that same freedom in movement and positive change to their bodies.
