Absolutely! I’ve created a dedicated program just for you — Body Love Mumma. Designed specifically for our beautiful pre- and postnatal members, it offers all the benefits of Body Love — structure, flexibility, and community — with the added reassurance that every class is safely tailored to your stage of motherhood.
HOW LONG ARE THE WORKOUTS?
Body Love workouts are ~ 20–30 minutes making them easy to fit into your busy schedule.
WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED?
Just the toning toolkit and mat.
HOW DO I SIGN UP?
