Start your 5 day Target N Tone Program with a bang! This one is guaranteed to have you burning in the first 5 minutes.

We use the ball and gliders to hit the legs from every angle:

  • Bridging (hamstrings and inner thighs)
  • Side-lying inner thigh
  • Thigh stretch (front of the leg)
  • Lunging (all over leg and glutes with extra ankle stabilisation challenges that bring max burn factor!)
  • Wide squats (name a part of the leg it doesn’t hit, I dare you!)
  • YOUR TOP SECRET 1 MINUTE EXPLOSIVE FINISHER.

25-Minutes

I feel like you will come out of this workout with a six-pack. You will slide, crunch, rotate, side bend, side roll, roll up, roll down, roll like a ball, squeeze, hold, burn and maybe swear at points. It is fun, challenging and filled with some fresh new variations to challenge your core. Don’t give up before the firecracker finisher.

20-Minutes

Here comes armageddon!

Coming in hot with your guns blazing starting with waiter’s arms to wake up the rotator cuffs and to keep your shoulders happy and healthy throughout all those challenges. Then we move to single-arm side lifts and target the outside of the arm. Next up is tricep dips before we come up to standing for a chest and front of arm set then repeat it, then a tricep and back set repeated. We finish by taking you back down to the mat for the back hundred in prone – one last tricep bomb. Then can you guess what the 1 minute explosive finisher with be in this one??

30-Minutes

Ok, this is 50% Standing: 50% Mat. (100% Booty Burn!) Your arms will love that we start standing. Kick start your booty burn with a single-leg sliding series. I promise it will challenge your stamina, balance and build some serious booty burn.

You are already over the halfway point once you hit the mat. It is a 3-Part Seat Sizzle (think 3 Dimensional Booty Burn) using just your MVMT loop. Your toosh will be well and truly marinated ready for your grand finale 1-Minute Firecracker Finish. Can you guess what it will be?

Yay! You have made it to your last day of the challenge! One more to go … and you are done 😍 This workout is going to challenge you. Every inch of your body will be feeling the fire and burn throughout. Glutes, arms, core and legs… we are going to find every little muscle.

Welcome to your bonus stretch 😍. Well done on an amazing job so far in the challenge! You can do this video as much or as little as you like throughout the challenge – I love to do it before each workout so I can really get the most out of my body.

Your “abs” request is my command. You will only need your ball (and some serious core stamina). This 30-Minute ab-extravaganza builds some serious burn.

Slide to Burn

20-Minutes

Slide your way into the burn zone using your MVMT gliders. (No gliders no problem, just use socks on hard floors or plastic lids on carpet!) Gliders are fantastic to reach deeper into your core and activate your deep core stabilisers as well as providing support to keep you hips relaxed while your core works!

Twist and Burn

20-Minutes

Build your upper body and core strength. No props needed, we use body weight, balance and coordination to challenge the body and to work those tiny little muscles we don’t normally use in everyday movement.

Considerate Core

30-Minutes

Considerate Core. This 30-Minute Workout builds up the burn in layers. You will need just your ball and end up rolling like one. This is the first half of part 3 (of my 3-part series). I decided to break the full workout into 2. This would be the “Core” section.

Circle of Fire

First up on the menu for Core Cooking, is some marination or your deep abdominals, the subtle but important burn. Then we move on to the main course, burning abs with maximum spice and chilli plus a side of obliques!

Hip Stretch

Tight hip flexors are such a common problem nowadays with such a seated lifestyle. If you think about our evolution from hunter gathers, our bodies aren’t suited to spending so much time seated. The more you sit, the tighter your hips become and lazier your peach becomes.

Combining glute strengthening, hip lengthening and core activating exercises reverses many of the downfalls of any sitting you might do and instead creates a happy, healthy, strong body that feels great!

Grab your loop for a sculpt sesh that will get your heart rate up, body heated and backside burning. We kick-start the cardio challenge with a squat countdown challenge. Then head down to the mat for a booty superset: All angles quadruped, wide bridging, and side-lying. Then finish up with a second position squat cardio set. All this goodness packaged into just 27-Minutes. The perfect little sweat and the seat sesh.

As always layered with modifications so you can keep your heart rate up, joints safe and body challenged.

Lazy Glutes? Take 5 & pre-game your workouts with this move.

A 5-Minute Bridging sequence that if practiced build your booty strength and hip flexor length! You could use this as a stand-alone quickie or as a peach primer before other workouts (perfect for people with lazy glutes or wanting to really switch them on before workouts!). Only my fav exercise of all time AND you will only need 5-Minutes and your loop!

Scooter 101

7 Minutes

Inspired by the reformer exercise “Scooter” but recreated using one gliding disc (and a chair) – cool hey. You only need 7-Minutes.. and the slide effects are a really good peach. This exercise is why I love our MVMT gliders.

Scooter totally changed the standing glute game for me. So if your quads take over and you struggle to “recruit your glutes” this is one of my top exercises to practice. We dive into some of the nitty, gritty necessities for activating your booty and turning off your thighs.
