Elise Barlow is an internationally certified Polestar Pilates Master Instructor, Mentor, and Teacher Trainer with over 10 years of experience. She combines expert training with the lived wisdom of motherhood to create intelligent, results-driven programs that empower women worldwide to build strength, confidence, and lasting results—all from the comfort of their own homes.

Why I Created Body Love

This program was created with love and you in mind. Since having babies, I’m firmly in my 20-minute era—so the longer classes are an invitation, not an expectation. We all know a movement quickie is fire.

You’ll never see before and after photos here. I don’t think how a body looks translates to how much it’s gained in strength. Let’s shift that narrative. Let’s get stronger, build longevity, fall in love with how movement feels, and show our bodies the love they deserve.

If you’re Pregnant or Postpartum, follow Body Love Mumma which has been created specifically for pregnancy and postpartum, with safe, considered workouts that support your body through each stage.

Most Body Love workouts are ~20–30 mins, so they’re easy to fit into your week.

Thursday is your flexibility day, with a Short vs Long option — 20 mins or 45–60 mins, depending on what you have time and energy for.

Friday is a 1–3 quickie stack totalling around 30 mins, and Sunday is a 20-minute guided stretch.

Body Love follows a simple weekly structure with flexibility built in:

  • Monday–Wednesday: 20–30 min workouts
  • Thursday: Short vs Long
    • 20 mins or 45–60 mins (you choose)
  • Friday: Quickie Stack
    • 1–3 short workouts that total ~30 mins
  • Saturday: Rest
  • Sunday:  Stretch (15-20 mins)
