5 TIPS TO SUCCESS ✨
Schedule your workouts into your diary. Add dedicated workout times (20 minutes daily) in your calendar to create a consistent routine. Treat them like an appointment with yourself so you stick to them. Having a designated time set aside will make you more accountable and ensure you prioritise your daily sessions, and help MVMT become part of your daily routine.
Lay your toning toolkit & mat out: Create a designated workout space with minimal distractions for focused sessions. Lay your mat and toning toolkit in this space so they’re ready to go. Then all you have to do is literally press play. Plus seeing them out will also remind you to workout (vs if they’re packed away). Don’t have the equipment yet? Shop props here.
Track your progress: Keep a workout journal to track progress and celebrate small achievements. All our online programs come with a tracker you can download when you start.
Set Goals: It always feels good to see and feel progress. Short-term, achievable workout goals (like committing to 20 minutes for 20 days) is why Glow in 20 is such a successful program.
Join our online Facebook group for support and motivation. Share your workout journey with our members and inspire others to move.
