YOU WILL NEED: MVMT Ball.
TARGETS: Arms, Core, Triceps.

Part Two: “Oh My Thighs”.

Bridging. The exercise that ticks so many boxes it would be a crime to not include it in EVERY workout. We will mobilise your spine, open your hips, strengthen your glutes, hamstrings and back – all while challenging your core. Using the MVMT Band (and your leg position) to change where you feel it. First – we get the outer hips and seat. Then – we invite little extra calves and hamstrings.

Part 3: Meet the Long Band. 

Broken into two sections. Both sharing the love for strengthening your entire back-body (back of legs, buns, back shoulders, arms). And the perfect time for you to meet The Long Band.

This series is MVMT favourite. You will feel your backside on both the working and supporting side. We will play with the angle of the leg to change where you feel it.  We break up each side with some postural work.

Part 4:  Side Effects
Inner thighs – Book-openings, Side Planks & Mermaids.  It is a “Strength – Length” sandwich. Worship your spine with this delicious strength-mobility sandwich. Reward your strengthening with some lengthening.

Part 5: Finish Standing. 
Good things come in three. Three standing glute variations. Three layers of Challenge. Complete one side. Sneak in some standing Push-ups (against the wall).. Perfect the second side. Oh – and all in less than 10 minutes.

Bonus One: “Gliding Abs & Arms”.

This series is fun. We use MVMT Gliders to integrate lower body moves with our signature core series. MVMT Gliders provide the perfect vehicle to open tight hip flexors, while simultaneously building you a strong core. Oh, and we sneak in some Tricep moves… because you deserve toned arms to go along with your strong core.
